Job Description

We are excited for the 2026 golf season, we are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Pro Shop Staff here at the Links of Kent Golf Club. Team members will play an important role in delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting daily operations throughout the season. This position will not be starting until March 2026.

Summary:



The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests while efficiently handling sales transactions through a Point of Sale (POS) system. This role involves processing payments, maintaining a clean and organized pro shop, restocking merchandise, and assisting with golf cart cleaning and movement as needed.

Responsibilities:



Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering inquiries about products and services. Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, debit, and voucher payments. Verify and balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift to ensure accuracy and adequate change. Identify and record prices, calculate totals, and issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change. Greet customers promptly upon entering the golf shop and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the golf shop and surrounding areas. Restock merchandise, mark prices, and ensure displays are neat and appealing. Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Assist with tournament setup, execution support, and tear down as required. Assist with minor maintenance tasks and general clean-up duties. Move, clean, and organize golf carts as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Work Location: In person
