You will support the Bell Canada Information Technology Delivery Blueprints Program is looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of IT solutions on behalf of the Blueprint Program for the Mobility and BRS Business. The Blueprints Program manages and develops the workflow and diagnostic tool for call centre agents. Through multiple backend integrations, Blueprints automate the collection and interpretation of customer data and offers actionable recommendations and ensures a consistent and structured call flow.

You will be responsible for working with end users and different vendors on a variety of projects related to new products introductions, new technology introductions and enhancements to existing processes or systems.

Job duties / accountabilities
  • Support end to end programs, with the guidance of Senior Business Advisors and Program Managers
  • Partner with technical leads, contractors and developers
  • Work with external vendors such as CGI, Amdocs and IBM
  • Be comfortable in a versatile environment with constant change
  • Apply creativity and innovation in the development of solutions essential to support our customer-facing divisions
  • Help to lead to change in partnership with cross-functional teams or in business unit projects.
You should apply if:
  • You have a Bachelor\'s degree completed before the program start date and no earlier than two years before your application date.
  • Preferred undergraduate program at a post-secondary educational institution in an analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics)
  • You are excited about telecommunications and have demonstrated curiosity, initiative, leadership and a passion for learning new skills.
  • You are interested in driving organizational change and taking on new challenges.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You have the ability to lead and influence others
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset in Ontario and a requirement in Quebec
