Summary

As a representative of Bell Business Markets (BBM) and in the role of Business Analyst Transformation, the successful candidate will participate in various types of projects (transformation, new product/tool Introduction, tool and/or process enhancements, governance, non-standard complex solutions etc.) in order to ensure their implementation will consider all the different aspects of the various processes impacted. They will have to consider the big picture in alignment with the BBM transformation program.

BBM is looking for a bright minded individual with solid business analysis skills who is capable of driving change while working through complex issues in an overall mandate to provide support to key members of the project/product development team.
Within the BBM Transformation \xe2\x80\x93 Service Assurance & Managed Services team, the Business Analyst will be part of a team responsible for the optimization and delivery of exciting transformation projects for the Cloud, Security and Managed Services (MS) domains. The role will function as an interface with IT and a team of experts working on project engineering with overall responsibilities and an opportunity to lead in the definition of solutions, creation of requirements, roadmaps, sequences and overall end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Service Assurance and Managed Services teams within BBM on system and process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with colleagues and other business stakeholders to deliver various projects
  • Optimize delivery through the process life cycle (ordering to delivery to billing)
  • Recommend changes to established methods; propose alternative and new solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define technically appropriate solutions that meet users\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
  • Ensure detailed documentation of business requirements and operational methods
  • Document impacted processes (current mode of operations vs future mode of operation) and procedures
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Participate in the elaboration of a change management strategy
  • Provide information to help build the training strategy
  • Provide training and/or Support trainers
  • Support users from project development through to normalization
Critical Qualifications
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • Conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Professional work ethic, inter-personal skills and strong organizational skills are essential
  • High level knowledge of Service Assurance and Service Provisioning processes
  • High level knowledge BBM products, especially Managed Services
  • Collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility; ability to comfortably operate in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Advanced MS Visio skills with strong ability to draw processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A demonstrated ability to deliver results with particular strengths in:
  • Organizational skills
  • An ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification or recognized training in Business Analysis
  • Previous experience in Service Assurance or in the Managed Services domain
  • Knowledge of Maximo systems and procedures
  • Experience in developing requirements for business process and systems integration projects
  • Experience with public cloud (AWS, GPC or Azure) infrastructure at scale
  • Knowledge of IoT technologies
