Overview

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional kitchen spaces. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting design solutions, and guiding them through the selection process. Experience with high-end sales, renovation, and construction projects is a plus. Multilingual skills and proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and CAD are highly desirable. The Kitchen Designer will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties

Consult with clients to assess their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using SketchUp, CAD, and other design tools Present product demos, design concepts, and renovation options to clients Manage inside and outside sales processes, including upselling high-end products and solutions Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and fixtures Assist clients with POS transactions, cash handling, and account management Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and installation teams during renovation or construction projects Maintain organized records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities Engage in merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively within the showroom or retail space

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or outside sales roles; experience in high-end sales is preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in 2020, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Knowledge of renovation and construction processes is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for project management and client follow-up Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell additional features or upgrades Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships Experience in merchandising, marketing strategies, negotiation, and cash handling is beneficial Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$33.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
