What you'll be doing.
Facilitate the processing, onboarding and delivery of all Web Business Banking token devices
Support Customer requests for installation support for Remote Deposit Capture product
Hours: Shift rotation that could include evenings, weekends or overnight
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour + 4% vacation pay
Locations: London, ON
MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years prior technical experience in similar role (IT role)
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
