RESPONSABILITES:



Assister la directrice generale dans toutes les taches qui lui sont deleguees. Etre responsable des communications internes et externes de la Maison Elizabeth House, incluant (sans s'y limiter) :
- le developpement et la mise a jour du site web,

- la mise a jour et la gestion des reseaux sociaux,

- la creation et la preparation de tout materiel publicitaire requis.

Effectuer des recherches et/ou reviser les politiques et procedures selon les besoins. Contribuer a la redaction, a l'edition et a la finalisation du rapport annuel. Aider a la preparation des rapports destines au conseil d'administration. Participer aux activites de collecte de fonds de la Maison Elizabeth House, selon les besoins. Recevoir et traiter les demandes de dons, au besoin. Trier, enregistrer et assurer le suivi des evenements lies aux risques. Preparer les rapports trimestriels et annuels en matiere de gestion des risques. Etre responsable de tous les aspects du programme de benevolat, y compris le recrutement, la coordination et la reconnaissance des benevoles. Offrir un soutien dans les principales taches administratives cliniques, selon les besoins. Accomplir toutes autres taches connexes demandees par la gestionnaire.

EXIGENCES:



Detenir un baccalaureat en sciences de l'administration, en sciences humaines, en sciences sociales ou dans une autre discipline academique pertinente. Etre bilingue, en francais et en anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. Posseder d'excellentes competences en organisation et etre capable de respecter des echeanciers stricts. Faire preuve d'un esprit critique et avoir la capacite de gerer plusieurs taches simultanement. Une experience en recherche et en analyse, et en communcation constitue un atout. Une connaissance des logiciels tels que DonorPerfect, Constant Contact et QuickBooks est un atout. Etre en mesure de rediger des rapports professionnels. Avoir d'excellentes competences informatiques, avec une maitrise avancee de Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Avoir une experience de travail dans un milieu culturellement diversifie, avec une sensibilite et une ouverture demontrees a la diversite culturelle. Avoir demontre sa capacite a travailler en collaboration au sein d'une equipe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assist the Executive Director in all duties as delegated. To be responsible for Maison Elizabeth House communications; internal and external including, but not limited to, developing and maintaining its website, updating and maintaining its social media, developing and preparing any required advertising. To research and / or revise policies and procedures as required. To contribute to, edit and finalize the annual report. To assist in preparing Board reports. To assist in Maison Elizabeth House fundraising activities as required. To receive and treat donation requests as required. To triage, input and follow up on risk events. To prepare quarterly and annual reports on Risk Management. To be responsible for all aspects of our volunteer program. To assist in the major clinical administrative tasks as required. To perform all other related duties as requested by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:



Must have a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences, humanities, social sciences or other appropriate academic discipline. Must be bilingual, French and English, both oral and written. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work within set deadlines. Must have a critical thinking mindset and multi-tasking capabilities. Experience in research and analysis an asset. Experience in communication an asset. Experience with programs such as DonorPerfect, Constant Contact and Quickbooks an asset. Must be flexible. Must have the capacity to write professional reports. Must have excellent computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have previous experience in a culturally diverse milieu with demonstrated sensitivity and openness to cultural diversity. Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $28.02-$51.76 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
