Follow all company policies and procedures
Complete all daily 5S tasks
Administrative:
Answer phone and direct calls
Front door gate keeper:
divert walk-in vendors to proper people
Run VBA code to create work orders for engineering
General office supply stocking
Post office shipping
Check the mail daily
Qualifications:
Clean, Friendly, Self-motivated individuals who can work unsupervised
Good oral and written skills
Attention to detail
Computer literate including; Google Sheets, Google Docs, Word, Excel, Quoting Software
Bondable
Machining and fabricating knowledge an asset
Excellent Customer Service
Description/Duties:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
