Ecole White City School offers Kindergarten to Grade 8 dual-track programming (English and French Immersion) to an enrolment of approximately 517 students. There is a professional staff compliment of 30.2 FTE teachers including one vice-principal and 14.88 FTE support staff. Ecole White City School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning. White City is located 24km east of Regina.

Assignment:

• 100% administrative duties
• Salary and benefits is outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement. Current administrative allowance is approximately $14,747.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education Degree
• Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field, or a willingness to obtain as a condition of employment
• Experience in a school administration role is considered an asset
• Proficiency in French language is an asset

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
• Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
• Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
• An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support every student.
• Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Division\xe2\x80\x99s strategic direction
