Qualifications

Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario. Current CPR Certificate and IV Initiation Skills. Excellent communication skills. Documented commitment to continuing education through service, staff meetings and self-motivated learning. Experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing within the past 2 years. Central Line Management experience. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision making, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Satisfactory Attendance if internal. Skilled in good customer relations. Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence. Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check.
