01 Workflow Consultant

Job Description


Our client, a market leading financial institution, has an immediate need for a Workflow Consultant to assist with the assessment of banking related workflow processes. This is a contract position for three (3) months with possibility of extension, located in Calgary, Alberta. Some travel may be required for this role between Calgary and Edmonton for workshops.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake detailed fit/gap analysis to identify business process and system related improvements for consideration.
  • Prioritize potential improvements to determine proposed scope for workflow improvement.
  • Implement complete solution architecture and design for the workflow improvement implementation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with E2E (End-to-End) Business Process Modelling
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP Workflow Solution Design, Development, Unit Testing.
  • Knowledge and experience modelling Run the Bank processes
  • Knowledge and experience with Run the Bank financial controls
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP\'s BAS or TRBK (Transactional Banking for S/4 HANA) Application
  • Adept at understanding and solutioning customer requirements within project constraints
  • Analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems and formulate recommended solutions
  • Strong communication skills with customer focus and service mindset
  • Experience facilitating fit/gap analysis, requirements, and solution design workshops
  • Experience developing e2e process maps, solution architecture design, functional design, and technical design documents
  • Experience estimating project delivery effort associated with workflow implementations
