The ideal candidate has a proven track record of
growing non-entertainment/gaming YouTube channels
, knows how to align video strategy with business goals (leads, conversions, trust-building), and is passionate about data-driven growth.
You'll oversee strategy, publishing, analytics, and performance optimization so our clients can focus on creating great content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
YouTube growth strategies
to increase reach, watch time, and lead conversions.
Conduct
keyword, competitor, and audience research
to shape content calendars.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails
to maximize CTR and retention.
Track and analyze
channel analytics
(CTR, retention, RPM, traffic sources, etc.) to refine strategy.
Coordinate with
editors, thumbnail designers, and clients
to ensure timely publishing.
Stay updated on
YouTube algorithm changes and best practices
for service-oriented channels.
Provide regular
performance reports and actionable insights
to the leadership team.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years managing YouTube channels
(ideally for professional service brands, not entertainment/gaming).
Deep understanding of
YouTube SEO, audience growth, and analytics.
Strong grasp of
storytelling, branding, and lead-generation strategies
for service businesses.
Excellent communication and project-management skills to collaborate across remote teams.
Proficiency with
YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, Canva or similar thumbnail tools
, and analytics platforms.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for experimenting, testing, and adapting.
Nice-to-Haves
