Free Call Center Training Program (Get Paid to Learn!) Have you ever thought about working in a call center or obtaining employment as a remote agent for one of the many businesses and government agencies offering work-from-home opportunities? Not sure if you have the skills to succeed in this industry? The Murphy Centre\xe2\x80\x99s YWW Navigator Program is pleased to offer a training program to help participants gain the skills to succeed in this industry. This four-week training course will help you learn the nuances of body language and verbal skills; aspects of verbal communication; questioning and listening skills; how to deliver bad news; effective ways to negotiate; and personalized techniques for managing stress. The program will run from Monday-Friday, 9 am-3:30 pm, with the option to complete two days per week from home. Eligibility:
\xef\x82\xb7 Between the ages of 18 and 30
\xef\x82\xb7 Legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee)
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to speak, read and write fluently in English
\xef\x82\xb7 Very comfortable using computers, able to type and use the internet without support
\xef\x82\xb7 Basic knowledge of Spreadsheets, Word processing software, Email, and Zoom
\xef\x82\xb7 Comfortable speaking on the telephone
\xef\x82\xb7 No previous involvement in YESS programming (within last 3 years) What you will Learn:
