Your Mission:
You'll be a trusted support helping youth overcome barriers, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Working from a harm-reduction, client-centered, strengths-based approach, you'll provide intake assessments, case management, outreach, and crisis intervention while also participating in recreational programs and community engagement initiatives.
What You Bring:
Required:
2-year diploma in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, or related field
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Valid BC Class V driver's license and reliable vehicle
Criminal record check and FoodSafe certification
Commitment to Indigenous cultural competency and trauma-informed care
Preferred Assets:
3+ years experience with substance-affected youth
one-on-one and group facilitation experience
ASIST certification
