Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions that develop players technically, tactically, and mentally in line with our academy vision.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching and a genuine love for working with children and young athletes. This role involves not only teaching soccer skills but also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among players. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting practices, and mentoring players to help them reach their full potential on and off the field.

Duties

Design and implement effective training sessions that enhance players' technical skills and tactical understanding of soccer. Conduct regular practices, focusing on individual skill development as well as team strategies. Provide guidance and support during games, ensuring players understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship among all participants. Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a cohesive coaching philosophy across all teams. Maintain safety standards during practices and games, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Engage with parents to communicate player development and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications

Minimum Canada Soccer C License (B License preferred) or equivalent. 2+ years coaching experience with youth teams. Passion for youth development and mentorship. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
