This casual position supports the operation of our after-school drop-in Recreation & Support Program at the Lloydminster Community Youth Centre (LCYC). LCYC supports a diverse population of youth aged 12-18 by creating a safe place with supportive staff where youth feel comfortable to be themselves.
Wage Range: $20.00 - $24.60, based on education and experience.
Schedule:
minimum 3 shifts per month, up to 20 hours per week.

Main Duties:
Plan and facilitate evening programs at the Youth Centre
Establish intentional and genuine relationships with youth
Contribute to the safety and cleanliness of the Youth Centre
Transport youth safely in a 15-passenger van.
Experience and Competencies:
Education and/or experience in Youth Leadership and Adolescent Development.
A valid driver's license combined with a 3-year clean driving history.
Availability for evening shifts including Saturdays
