CityKidz is seeking an organized and reliable individual to oversee the CityYouth program administration, communication and logistics for scheduled Wednesday evenings throughout the fall and spring seasons. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, has strong communication and administrative skills, and can manage multiple tasks in a busy program environment.

Profile:
The CityYouth Program Administrative Assistant is a seasonal part-time contract position, reporting to the Associate Director and is responsible to oversee all program administration, communication and logistics during the Wednesday evening CityYouth Program. They play the role of the host and provide valuable information and guidance that helps the program run smoothly. In addition to Wednesday Command Centre, they support the Coordinator of Youth Programs by providing assistance with some weekday administrative tasks.
