Role Overview
As a Coach, your main responsibility is to ensure every player has a positive experience every time they step foot in the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive on time, energized, and ready to coach
Communicate openly with players, parents, and the team
Coach teams during games and practices
Provide specific feedback and praise to players while using their name
Assist with scorekeeping, refereeing, and player stats
Attend staff meetings and preseason training
Qualifications:
University/College degree is an asset
4-5 years of sports or basketball coaching experience preferred
High energy, and a passion for youth sports
Reliable and consistent
Own whistle and clipboard
