Duties:

You will provide a therapeutic daily living environment for the individuals of ENCAAS homes. This entails providing and maintaining a safe, supportive atmosphere in a home setting that is culturally open and accessible to all children in care. In addition, you will support the development of children whose families are unavailable or unable to meet their needs. The youth care worker position reports directly to the individual ENCAAS Managers

We are offering a 6 to 8 week training program including:

Online Educational Training . Non Violent Crisis intervention Suicide intervention on the spot job training, shadowing, working with individuals .

There are only a few things that you need to apply:

Qualifications

High school diploma or Equivalent Valid BC class 5 driver license Up to date immunizations Willing to obtain a valid First Aid with CPR and Foodsafe

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
