About Us:

After Glow TO is a boutique spa dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care that helps our clients look and feel their best. As we expand into a full-service wellness spa this summer, we are excited to introduce Yoga and Mat Pilates classes into our offerings. Our goal is to build a warm, inclusive space where clients can connect with their bodies and minds through movement, relaxation, and community.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga and Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about wellness, skilled in teaching group classes, and interested in being part of a supportive, growing business from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Lead small group Yoga and Mat Pilates classes in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. Adapt sessions to suit a variety of experience levels and physical abilities. Promote mindfulness, body awareness, and wellness through your teaching style. Assist in fostering a positive studio atmosphere and building a sense of community. Work collaboratively with other wellness professionals and spa team members. Contribute to the growth of the studio by offering input on class development, scheduling, and client engagement.
Qualifications:

Certified Yoga Instructor and/or Certified Mat Pilates Instructor. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous teaching experience preferred, but new instructors with strong training will be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about holistic wellness and helping others feel their best. Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team player.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
