About Us:

The Nest Yoga is a warm and welcoming studio located in the heart of Saint John, NB. We are passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive space for people to explore movement, mindfulness, and connection. We offer a variety of yoga classes to all levels, and we're currently seeking a dynamic yoga instructors to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and versatile yoga instructors who are confident teaching

a variety of class styles

, including:

All Levels Yoga

Flow-based classes

(e.g., Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle Flow)

Yin or restorative-style yoga

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating inclusive, accessible classes that support students wherever they are in their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead thoughtful and well-sequenced yoga classes appropriate to the listed styles Offer modifications, variations, and options for different experience levels and physical needs Create a welcoming, grounded environment for students of all backgrounds Arrive early to prepare and engage with the community before and after class Represent The Nest Yoga's values of safety, inclusivity, and connection

Requirements:

200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (minimum) Experience teaching multiple class styles (including yin/restorative is a strong asset) Comfortable teaching mixed-level groups and providing verbal cues Professional, punctual, and committed to student care and safety

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching in studio settings Additional training or experience in trauma-informed yoga, restorative/yin, or prenatal yoga Social media presence or willingness to help promote classes
