The Yard Supervisor manages the product flow and arrangement, oversees the customer loading process, and ensures safety is top of mind for all yard employees. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors and operating equipment this is a great opportunity for you.Your role :Lead by example, ensuring every customer has a great experience
Assist RONA customers to load product into their vehicles
Assist with the daily upkeep of the department by off loading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labelling, & maintaining pallets/stock
Direct, mentor and assist yard team members as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
Opening and closing duties
