Job Description

Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team! This is a full-time position, working out of the Harrow location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Safe and accurate operation of fertilizer equipment. Maintain accurate records of field application, field conditions and safety inspections. Assist customers with loading and unloading of products. Delivery of crop retail and seed products to customer's farms. Provide exceptional customer service both on farm and at location. Assist with inventory control by verifying shipments, completing accurate documentation, and producing inventory counts when necessary. General housekeeping to ensure the yard is always kept clean and safe. Various other job duties depending on seasonal demands.

Job Requirements:

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma Previous experience in an agriculture setting is preferred. Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract. DZ license would be considered an asset. Mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset.
