NOW HIRING: Labourer / Equipment Operator

Location: PND Soil & Gravel - Langford, BC

Type: Full-time / Seasonal

PND Soil & Gravel is a family-run business proudly serving the Westshore and surrounding communities. We're looking to add a reliable, hardworking Labourer/Equipment Operator to our team for the busy landscape season.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with yard maintenance and material handling Keeping areas Clean around screening plants. Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Operating equipment such as loaders and skid steers to move soil, gravel, and other materials Loading and unloading customer vehicles safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:

Experience operating equipment (loader/skid steer) is an asset. Not required. Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Valid driver's license Organization skills Mechanically inclined (bonus not required)
