Participants will join McCain for an 8-week period learn about our organization, the world of work, and future career opportunities.This position could be located in the Florenceville, New Brunswick, CA office. The Xplore participant will work a hybrid schedule, three days a week, in the Florenceville main office.About the role.We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support Procurements involvement in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global procurement team identifying S&OP practices across the various regions to support a standard global procurement S&OP model.Accountabilities:

• Assess procurements S&OP maturity in selected global regions with a focus on risk management, inventory policy, material requirement accuracy and vendor accountability
• Document current state of Procurements global S&OP maturity
• Identify best practices and areas of improvement at the regional level
• Assist in the development of a global Procurement S&OP recommendation

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
• 18+ years of age
