As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Xiaohongshu (Red Note) Marketing Specialist to lead our social media marketing and paid advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute content and advertising strategies on Xiaohongshu (Red Note).
Manage and optimize Xiaohongshu Ads campaigns from start to finish -- including planning, A/B testing, data tracking, and performance analysis.
Create engaging content (images, short videos, copywriting) tailored to our target audience: students and parents interested in education programs.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs
Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and build brand visibility and user loyalty.
Qualifications
3+ years of social media marketing experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Xiaohongshu advertising management.
Proven ability to operate the Xiaohongshu Ads platform independently, from campaign setup to ROI optimization.
Strong creative skills in content planning, storytelling, and short-form video marketing.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
Experience in the education industry is an asset.
Flexible working hours; remote work is acceptable.
