YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Writer to join our Global Technical Support team, a group that plays a critical role in delivering technical assistance and services to customers around the world.
As a Writer, you will be instrumental in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical writing and presentation, and a deep understanding of what makes customer support truly exceptional. You have a talent for translating complex technical concepts into accessible language that resonates with diverse audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling and effective copy across a wide range of internal and external communications, including emails, PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, newsletters, and web content.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Editing content for clarity and impact while preserving essential information.
Delivering high-quality, accurate, and error-free communications on time and within scope.
Interviewing subject matter experts to gain deep insights into complex topics.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
Analyzing content from the reader's perspective to ensure clarity, relevance, and usability.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
University degree or college diploma (BA or MA), preferably in Rhetoric, Media, and Professional Communication.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical writing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Solid problem-solving capabilities.
A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
