What will your typical day look like?

As an office attendant in the Operations Centre, your main duties will be to:
  • Process mail and courier requests
  • Reception and sorting of mails and notify recipients
  • Organization of the mailroom
  • Process printing requests for both documents and marketing materials
  • Assist when necessary with logistics of our conference rooms (setting up rooms as requested, moving furniture, transport heavy equipment or boxes),
  • Assist in the maintenance of our workspaces when necessary (ensure spaces are clean and ready for other users),
  • Respond to clients as needed
  • Other related duties including monitoring the inventory of supplies on the different floors and other clerical tasks
  • The standard work schedule will be from 8h30 am to17:00 pm. Variable schedule depending on needs.

Our Workplace Service team is comprised of professionals who provide key client services across our offices. Workplace service professionals deliver an exceptional client experience with exceptional service fueled by positivity, excellence, and innovation. It is our mandate to create a welcoming environment and ensure our offices are always client ready for staff and external guests. Our areas of responsibility include reception, concierge, facilities/space management, records management, courier/mail and production, health and safety, business continuity and delivering on the promise of our Orbis locations.

You are someone with:
  • Two to three years\' experience in a professional environment desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
  • Experience in printing is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-motivation and ability to meet tight deadlines
*Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
