The Workplace Coordinator creates exceptional environments where people thrive. In this role, you'll serve as the heartbeat of our workspace, balancing operational excellence with genuine hospitality. You'll build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure seamless support for both business initiatives and community engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems creatively, and deliver personalized service will transform ordinary spaces into dynamic, productive environments where clients and team members feel valued and supported.



Please note that this is a fixed term position until October 2026


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver exceptional customer experiences across your building portfolio

Ensure direct reports are informed of operational updates and objectives

Maintain statutory and operational compliance with contract KPIs

Manage 1FM Canada budget, analyze variances, and support financial reporting

Oversee vendor payments while adhering to policies

Drive operational improvements and financial efficiencies

Ensure compliance with JLL and client health and safety standards

Participate actively in team and management meetings

Collect customer feedback and develop responsive action plans

Train, coach, and manage direct report performance

Build effective client relationships by understanding and addressing needs

Leverage workplace technology and data for decision-making

Identify innovation opportunities and strategic improvements

Coordinate operational management across critical environments and offices

Manage projects affecting operational delivery within Canada portfolio

Monitor and adapt to changing customer requirements

Collaborate with global account team to achieve shared objectives

WHAT YOU BRINGProven leadership ability with collaborative approach to problem-solving

Experience managing teams and building influential relationships

Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Proactive problem-solver with natural curiosity and improvement mindset

Skilled at translating client needs into clear, actionable deliverables

Proficient with GSuite and Microsoft Office applications

Strong negotiation skills across client and supplier organizations

Decisive decision-maker who resolves issues thoughtfully and efficiently

Financial acumen and commercial awareness in client environments

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

3+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing role

Experience working across multiple sites in dynamic environments
