Precision Roofing & Siding Inc. is a leader in the exterior cladding industry with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and professionalism. We specialize in aluminum

composite panel (ACM) fabrication and installation across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in the Ottawa region. We are seeking a Working Site Supervisor / Team Lead with specialized experience in ACM installation. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will both supervise the site and actively participate in installation alongside your team.

Responsibilities

- Lead by example on-site, working alongside the installation crew while supervising day-to-day activities.

- Liaise directly with the VP of Construction, who oversees all job sites, to provide updates and align project execution with schedule.

- Manage and motivate the site team to maintain productivity, safety, and high-quality workmanship.

- Interpret and implement blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with project manager, estimator, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow and

timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Handle site logistics including equipment, material handling, and deliveries.

Resolve issues on-site.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Lead in construction industry, asset if you have experience on ACM panel installation.

- Strong technical knowledge of ACM systems and installation techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.

- Skilled at leading teams while also contributing directly to installation work.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver's license

- Health & Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid) considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $51.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
