Overview

We are seeking a working

Site Foreman

with hands-on experience in

wood stud framing

and

drywall

to oversee the day-to-day site operations for multi-family residential projects, . The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction. As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising a team of workers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, while working alongside the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and safely. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of plans. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and specifications. Assist in construction estimating by providing input on labor, materials, and timelines. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a productive work environment. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on residential /commercial construction experience Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor Strong knowledge of drywall installation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fall Protection, CSTS) an asset
