We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with Supervisory/Leadership Experience to lead and manage a small team of carpenters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to be accountable for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on various construction projects. A natural ability and willingness to teach, guide, and develop the skills of existing employees. Ensure all work is performed to the highest construction and craftsmanship standards. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project success. Commitment to our Health and Safety Program.
Carpentry

Plan, coordinate, and execute carpentry tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Formwork for concrete installations Framing floors, walls and roofs Finish carpentry such as trim work, door hanging, and hardware installation Wood floor installation Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 5 years+ of Carpentry Experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation of Construction Projects. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
