Jardeg is seeking Workface Planners (all disciplines) for future opportunities at multiple sites during the upcoming Spring Turnaround/Shutdown season. These will be Full-Time Temporary positions. Shift rotation and duration will vary by location/site. Travel Allowance, LOA and Retention Bonuses will be offered depending on the site. Some sites offer Charter flights whereas others are local and are drive-in daily.
Responsibilities include:

• Under limited supervision, monitors and directs the work of subordinates.
• Responsible for supervising and directing WFP activities during the front/end and field execution phase for multiple construction disciplines.
• Manages project based WFP personnel and prioritizes planning activities as per the project\xe2\x80\x99s schedule.
• Supports the development of the project specific WFP plan in alignment with procedures and as necessitated by contractual requirements.
• Demonstrates the ability to work as a leader of a large team on complex, high contract valued and long duration projects or programs.
• Trains to the project\xe2\x80\x99s WFP procedure and provides continuous mentorship to new and existing Workface Planners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within an Industrial or Commercial Construction Projects.
• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a workface planning capacity.
• Journeyperson Trade Certification in a related Construction trade would be considered an asset.
