You Are:

As the Workday Studio Integrations Consultant, you will work with client stakeholders (remotely or in person) to define requirements and configure/code integrations to move data between Workday and various enterprise software systems. Integration consultants also support broader testing initiatives, and tenant migrations, and provide post-production support for in-scope integrations.

This role is for full-time regular employment and C2C will not be considered.

The Opportunity:

  • Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business or end-user teams and translate them into technical requirements. The consultant will manage the configuration of the system to the customer\'s expectations and requirements
  • Perform hands-on integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities, as needed
  • Work with project managers and functional consultants through the implementation process, configuring the integration and associated configuration in line with Workday methodologies
  • Support report development and data conversion as related to the integration scope of work
  • For production clients, the consultant will be involved in ongoing support activities that include monitoring daily schedulers and report, integration errors, alerts. They will work with client teams to resolve and address these items.
  • Work effectively under time-critical deadlines and handle competing priorities
  • Oversee and provide Q/A reviews for our offshore integration developers
What you need:
  • Active Workday Integrations certification with studio certification. Equivalent Pro-certifications are acceptable. As a Workday partner, UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday technical suite which includes Workday Studio, EIB, report writer, custom reporting, calculated fields, XSLT, Workday Security, core connectors, document transformation
  • At least 4 years of HCM, Payroll and/or Finance ERP software application exposure to EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
  • Good understanding of Workday\'s Data Model
  • High-level understanding of the Workday integration (with other systems / applications) architecture, in particular, API\'s
  • Good understanding of the development and implementation of SaaS cloud platforms and products.
  • Supported integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing efforts with end-users
  • An unwavering focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: US Remote

Compensation Range: $120,000-$170,000
