Overview:
Our client is undergoing a digital transformation, including the implementation of Workday as the new ERP solution for HR, Payroll and Finance. A key component of this project is conducting robust testing to ensure the quality of the Workday implementation.
What you will be doing:
Develop the Workday access matrix to ensure access to the Workday system meets the data governance requirements of the University
Work in collaboration with the Business Consultants to ensure accuracy of security access requirements
Ensure segregation of duties and other internal controls are being followed throughout the delivery of the project
Development of test scenarios relevant to user access
Report security test defects to the QA Lead
Participate and engage in Project Team meetings, and workshops to provide security related input for the future state processes and procedures
Provide knowledge transfer to internal security subject matter experts
What you must have:
Demonstrated experience in leading the system access process for complex projects, specifically ERP implementations.
Demonstrated experience of the Workday security framework
Experience in defining controls and security documentation, specifically with Workday HCM and Finance modules
Experience with JIRA for tracking progress
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
