Job Description


A career within Workday Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Workday technology as a tool to enhance and unify Human Resources, talent management, and finance. We focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation. Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As a Workday Security Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Requirements gathering: Understand customers’ business requirements and how they align to Workday functionality and Workday security model
  • Configuration: Working with our team to configure the Workday security to meet the customers’ financial or HR related and broader business requirements
  • Data conversion: Assisting the customer in gathering relevant current system data and helping to convert the data into Workday
  • Testing: Helping the customer and systems team test the Workday solution and its related security components
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Workday solution
  • Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others
  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
  • Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce
  • Build and maintain an internal and external network
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
  • Must have a passion for learning and an obsession about figuring out how things work
  • HR or technology background is a plus
  • You are passionate about everyone’s success
  • Understanding of what functional components are core to HR systems
  • Understanding of system implementation and technical support concepts
  • Creation of documentation and training materials
  • Understanding of how to effectively conduct knowledge transfer
  • Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
  • Fluent in French and English would be an asset
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
