Job Description
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Manager position serves as a consultant to leadership on all HCM-related functions within Workday. The position formulates partnerships across the HCM function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Leading a team of HRIS professionals to support the business with the overall maintenance of the Workday system
- Consulting with leadership for decisions and providing HCM expertise guidance
- Assessing, strategizing, and managing Workday deployments for the organization
- Overseeing the setup and maintenance of User Security Roles
- Directing the HRIS team\'s daily operation of the HRIS system, including user support and regular system maintenance
- Analyzing requirements for changes and system enhancements to develop solutions and implementation
- 5+ years of proven experience in Workday HCM implementations/development, testing, configuration, and deployment
- Demonstrated skill set in configuration or specialized knowledge in configuration logic
- Understanding of data protection regulations required
- Hands-on experience with complex HR database administration
- Successfully completed at least 1-2 end-to-end HCM implementations
