Our telecommunications client is seeking a Workday Analytics & Data Analyst for a six-month term. In this role you will support the optimization of Workday system usage and refine reporting and data integrity capabilities.
The Workday Analytics & Data Analyst's duties will include:
xc2xb7 Developing reports and analytics within the Workday platform
xc2xb7 Collaborating with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
xc2xb7 Ensuring data accuracy through audits and data validation
xc2xb7 Creating and maintaining documentation and user guides for reporting tools and data interpretation.
xc2xb7 Identifying enhancements for Workday reporting capabilities
xc2xb7 Designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
xc2xb7 Supporting data integration and ensuring alignment with business needs.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
xc2xb7 Postsecondary education in a relevant field
xc2xb7 At least three years of Workday platform data modelling and analytics experience
xc2xb7 Strong data and analytics knowledge and experience
xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Workday reporting tools and data structures.
xc2xb7 Experience working in a Finance or Human Resources environment
xc2xb7 Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
xc2xb7 Proactive, results-oriented, and creative, with the ability to find solutions and handle challenges with patience and dedication
