Make outgoing calls and respond to customer requests related to various mobility products and services;
Build trust and loyalty by offering solutions tailored to the customer\'s situation;
Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.
Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent completed;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You know how to bond with customers!
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
Strong interest in technologies;
Experience in sales or customer service, an important asset!
Finally, a flexible schedule is essential. We must be able to serve customers when they need us (daytime, evenings or weekends) - that\'s what customer service is all about!
