You enjoy connecting with people and have experience in customer service? If you answered yes, we have a great work-at-home opportunity for you as part of the Nordia Moncton team.

By joining the team, your role will be to contact clients of Canada\'s largest telecommunications company. Thanks to your friendly personality and excellent listening skills, you will have the opportunity to discuss and offer customers support based on their needs related to wireless devices and technology.

  • Hourly wage of $18.75 after training (including a $3.25 premium per hour worked);

  • Available to work full time according to the following schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 10am till 7:30pm EST;
  • Saturday - 9am till 6pm EST;
  • Sunday - 9am till 5pm EST;
  • This position is a work from home requirement.
  • Eligibility criteria:
  • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
  • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Make outgoing calls and respond to customer requests related to various mobility products and services;
  • Build trust and loyalty by offering solutions tailored to the customer\'s situation;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent completed;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You know how to bond with customers!
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
  • Strong interest in technologies;
  • Experience in sales or customer service, an important asset!
Finally, a flexible schedule is essential. We must be able to serve customers when they need us (daytime, evenings or weekends) - that\'s what customer service is all about!

Training start date: August 28th
