Responsibilities
What your day will look like
As a chat specialist, you will provide chat support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers' various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. In the event of a reduction in the volume of chat requests, you will also be trained to answer phone calls. This is a versatile position that will allow you to seamlessly combine the two roles depending on business needs. Add to this the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home - what could be better?
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English);
- You can type quickly and accurately (50+ words/minute);
- Excellent communication skills - you know how to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
- You're a solid multitasker, comfortable with a computer;
- You're great at paying attention to details; solving problems is your strength;
- Finally, a flexible schedule is key - we have to be able to serve customers when they need us (during the day, evening, or weekends) - That's what customer service is about!
