What your day will look like
As a chat specialist, you will provide chat support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers' various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. In the event of a reduction in the volume of chat requests, you will also be trained to answer phone calls. This is a versatile position that will allow you to seamlessly combine the two roles depending on business needs.
