We're looking for an experienced and reliable Crew Supervisor to lead our field teams and ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

The Crew Supervisor will manage daily operations on job sites, oversee crew members, coordinate with managers, and ensure all landscaping construction work is performed efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid background in landscaping or construction, and a passion for building beautiful outdoor spaces.

Duties

Supervise and lead landscaping construction crews on-site Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Maintain high standards of quality and safety Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Train and mentor crew members Operate and maintain equipment as needed

Skills

3+ years of experience in landscaping or construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping, grading, drainage, and plant installation Ability to read and interpret site plans Excellent leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Airbrakes are an asset

Working Conditions:

Year round work - construction in the summer months, snow removal in the winter months and clean ups during fall and spring

summer hours are typically Monday-Friday, some Saturday work may be required

winter hours are weather dependant with the snowfall

Work starts early and in the peak season days can exceed 10 hours per day

Salary starts at $30.00 per hour with a banked hour system to cover days unable to work due to weather
