We are currently seeking experienced Woodworking Machine Operators to join our Door Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using saws, planers, and other woodworking tools, along with knowledge of wood types used in making door parts.

Responsibilities

Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, and other tools, including setup and adjustments. Measure, cut, and shape wood components for door production. Maintain woodworking equipment, ensuring machines are clean and safe for operation. Routinely check and adjust equipment for accuracy and performance. Analyze the quality of wood and materials used in production. Maintain a clean and safe workplace while following company policies and safety regulations. Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards. Use measurement instruments to verify precision of manufactured parts.

Qualifications

Practical experience in woodworking, specifically with saws and planers. Knowledge of wood materials and applications in door manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions. Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods. Able to work independently after training. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
