We are currently seeking a dependable and hard-working Woodshop Labourer to join our production team
Pay Rate: $16.25/hr
Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
Assist in the production and assembly of custom wood packaging and crates Operate hand tools and basic woodworking equipment (e.g., saws, nail guns, drills, sanders) Measure, cut, and assemble wooden components according to specifications Load and unload materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general shop maintenance Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Collaborate with team members and support skilled tradespeople as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a woodshop or manufacturing environment is an asset Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive, physical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
