Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wood-Fired Oven Pizza Cook/Operator to join our culinary team. Duties

Operate and maintain wood-fired pizza ovens to ensure optimal cooking conditions Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and menu specifications Monitor cooking times and oven temperatures to produce perfectly cooked pizzas Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety standards and regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations Follow proper knife skills for ingredient preparation and ensure efficient meal assembly

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, particularly with pizza or wood-fired cooking preferred Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Experience with menu planning, food preparation, and fine dining service highly desirable Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes quality presentation and customer satisfaction

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
