We are a multi-generational family of believers with over 4000 adults, children, and youth who gather together to worship on weekends. Willingdon Church is looking for a Pastor for Women, who will provide leadership over the discipleship of women, developing and teaching sound biblical doctrine and equipping lay leaders for ministry.

About the Role

Primary Areas of Focus include:

Oversee, lead, and develop the Women's Ministry to fulfill its mission of making disciples. Offer pastoral care and counsel to women as needed (in partnership with Care Ministry). Recruit, train, and mentor a team of volunteers and lay leaders. Establish a vibrant and nurturing community that facilitates spiritual growth and commitment to Christ. Oversee the development of significant biblical relationships, including small groups and a mentoring program. Develop and evaluate curriculum for women's studies.

The successful candidate will have:

Master's degree in theological education, biblical studies or related field Theologically aligned with Willingdon Church Minimum 5 years of ministry experience leading a ministry Gifted leader with experience leading volunteers Visionary who can initiate, create and develop ministries Strategic planner who can implement goals and strategies
