In Forme is a women-led wellness collective built on one simple belief: women can build serious strength and live softly at the same time. We help women rebuild strength postpartum, maintain strength during pregnancy, and thrive through every life phase with smart movement, nutrition, and wellness practices.

We're growing a team of like-minded professionals to join our collective and shape the future of women's health & wellness in Montreal.

Role Summary

This is a collaborative, independent-contractor opportunity for multidisciplinary professionals including personal trainers, wellness coaches, nutritionists, Pilates/yoga instructors, and other women's-health specialists. You'll work with us to provide coaching, create content, and contribute your expertise, while keeping full freedom to maintain your own business or clients outside of In Forme. Compensation will evolve as the brand grows -- details will be discussed individually.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching or wellness guidance to In Forme clients (pre/postnatal & general women's health) Collaborate on short wellness, strength, or nutrition content for social media Share expertise to help women thrive across all life phases Engage with the In Forme community in a supportive and professional way

Ideal Candidates

Certified professionals in personal training, wellness coaching, nutrition, Pilates, yoga, or women's health/rehab fields(feel free to message even without a certificate if you're passionate about this line of work) Passionate about evidence-based approaches for women Excited about being part of a collaborative, women-led brand Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collective vision

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $175.00 per day
