Female Group Fitness Instructor (Muslim Women's Program)

Location: Jamfit Energy Studio - Kanata, ON

Jamfit Energy Studio is seeking a

female Group Fitness Instructor

to lead our

Muslim women's only fitness program

. This role is an opportunity to inspire, motivate, and create a safe, inclusive environment where women can train with confidence and comfort.

About the Role:

You'll be teaching dynamic classes focused on

HIIT, cardio, and core training

for women of all fitness levels. Classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and community, while respecting the cultural and personal needs of our participants.

Responsibilities:

Lead fun, high-energy group sessions tailored to Muslim women Deliver effective HIIT, cardio, and core workouts with modifications for all levels Create an encouraging, respectful, and women-only training environment Provide clear instruction, motivation, and safe coaching throughout each class Foster a sense of community and empowerment within the group

Qualifications:

Certified group fitness instructor (CanFitPro, ACE, NASM, or equivalent) Previous experience leading group classes (HIIT, bootcamp, or cardio training preferred) Female instructor required for this program Energetic, positive, and professional presence CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
