Customer Assistance:
Greet customers as they enter the store with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Offer assistance and engage in conversation to understand customers' preferences and requirements.
Provide expert advice and guidance on fashion trends, styles, colors, and sizes.
Help customers locate specific products, sizes, and colors within the store.
Offer styling tips and suggest complementary items to complete their looks.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the store's merchandise, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand offerings.
Be knowledgeable about fabric types, care instructions, and brand histories.
Familiarize yourself with the inventory to quickly find items when requested by customers.
Sales and Upselling:
Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Suggest upsells and cross-sell items to increase the average transaction value.
Offer promotions and discounts when appropriate to boost sales.
Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
Ensure that all products are properly folded, sized, and displayed on racks or shelves.
Create eye-catching displays to highlight new arrivals, seasonal collections, or promotional items.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or popular items.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and tagging new merchandise.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory counts.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely.
Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation of sales and returns.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds following store policies.
Provide after-sales support, such as order tracking or product inquiries.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day.
Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a visually appealing environment.
Participate in regular store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning displays or changing mannequins.
Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve shared goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding customer feedback and sales performance.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Stay informed about changes in store policies, procedures, and new product launches.
