About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and help manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all hardware, software, and networks function smoothly, as well as providing support to internal users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of IT systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve any IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. Network Administration: Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software (operating systems, applications). System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure optimal performance. User Support: Assist with software/hardware issues, and provide guidance on best practices. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, software configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration: Work with other departments to assess IT needs and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

The noise level is generally moderate.
