KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A WMS IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST




KWE is currently looking for a WMS Implementation Specialist who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in WMS implementation, configuration, or support. Strong knowledge of WMS platforms such as Tecsys, or similar. Strong knowledge of iTopia framework. Experience with EDI and API implementations, related testing. Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain processes. Experience with system integrations, including APIs and data migrations. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Project management experience or certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma). Knowledge of databases (Oracle SQL / PL SQL) that should include writing queries, triggers and stored procedures. Familiarity with Java and Javascript, HTML, CSS and XML. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc

DETAILS OF THE JOB





Participate in WMS implementation projects from planning to go-live. Analyze warehouse operations to ensure proper system configuration and alignment with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design WMS workflows. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. Verify coding by performing unit testing & UAT Ensure successful data migration and integration with other systems (ERP, TMS, etc.). Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency using WMS tools. WMS knowledge of processes: receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, & inventory management Knowledge in executing Reports using BI tools (such as Cognos) and Business Rules needed for Warehouse operation or as requested by client Train end-users and create detailed documentation for system processes. Actively troubleshoot user errors and provide instructions/training when needed Exercise extreme confidentiality and report any violations of KWEC Electronic data processing Policy to Human Resources and /or senior Management.
